How does billing work?
We charge on the 1st of each month for the previous month's usage. All services are billed down to the second or hour, so you only pay for what you actually used.
EUR or USD?
EU accounts bill in EUR. US accounts bill in USD. Other countries can choose at signup. This page defaults from your location; use the EUR / USD toggle to compare list prices from the price book.
How can I pay?
We support SEPA Direct Debit and credit cards. For companies spending more than 2.500 € per month, we can enable invoice-based billing with Net 14 terms.
How is VAT shown?
For EU countries we show prices including that country's VAT rate. Outside the EU VAT area, prices are shown excl. VAT. Your invoice follows your billing profile and VAT ID.
Do I need a payment method?
You can claim 15 € starting credit at signup with no payment method. To keep creating services after the credit is used, your account needs a balance > 0 € or a payment method we can charge.
Is there a free tier?
There is no recurring monthly free allowance. New accounts can claim 15 € starting credit, then usage is billed as you go.
How is bandwidth charged?
Every instance includes 1 TB of free traffic per month. Additional traffic is charged at 0,04 € per GB. Internal and inbound traffic is always free; we only charge for outbound.
